Ian Martin Workforce has partnered with a milling company ADM and they are seeking to hire a Warehouse Operator.
You will be doing…
- Loading and unloading van trailers using a forklift.
- Samples product, picks orders/builds pallets, and general housekeeping.
- Work is 95% indoors on the cement floor. Is exposed to dust & humidity.
- Turret lift works at a height of up to 20 feet.
- 70% of the time is spent operating a forklift.
- 15% of time spent lifting up to 55 lb bags.10% of the time is spent completing paperwork.5% of time spent housekeeping.
Why this is the right job for you…
- High School diploma or GED
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Driving a forklift, basic computer skills, excellent verbal and written communications, strong safety and math aptitude, and the ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs on a regular basis.
- Must be able to be on feet/forklift 8 hours/day, less break
