Ian Martin Workforce has partnered with the largest processors and distributors of metals and needs support for their Nisku Service Center. As a General Labourer, you enjoy working in a fast-paced, active environment that requires keen attention to detail.
You will be…
- Ensures safe and efficient operation of cranes, forklifts, and processing equipment
- Ensures the processing equipment is operating to specifications
- Identifies packaged material per sales order requirements
- Generates and applies to finish good tags to packaged product
- Updates inventory material locations
- Maintains good housekeeping in the work area and cleans parts from burning table
- Assist with general labour duties in the warehouse

- Previous experience in a Production/Warehouse environment
- Commitment to Continuous Improvement and Safety
- Grinding, welding, or construction background preferred
- Take part and initiate continuous improvement efforts
- Interest and ability to advance and take on increased responsibilities
- Flexibility to work Afternoons and Overnight shifts
