- Swing shift – 6am to 6:30pm and 6pm to 6:30am (day/night). 4 days on 4 days off.

Ian Martin Workforce has partnered with a corn processing company and they are seeking to hire someone with previous experience in loading and unloading dry and wet bulk products into trucks and railcars.
You will be doing…
- Operate all equipment required to load bulk trucks and railcars
- Work safely on top of a bulk truck or railcar using appropriate fall protection
- Follow a schedule to ensure the orders are loaded by the correct departure time.
- Perform sanitation and some preventative maintenance.

- Able to work outside in all weather conditions.
- Basic problem-solving and mechanical aptitude skills are a plus.
- Experience operating skid loaders, forklifts, payloaders, locomotives, and related equipment.
- Strong communications skills and able to use two-way radios or similar equipment, as well as hand signals.
- Able to perform duties in a safe manner, utilizing all approved safety equipment, and successfully complete all safety certification requirements.
- Always maintains work area in a neat and orderly manner.
- Assists in keeping the department in tour-ready condition.
Other requirements
- The company will provide training for all necessary programs and requirements.
- Reliable transportation to and from work on all shifts and weekends.
- Ability to rotate shifts, provide job coverage, and will be required to work some weekends.
- Ability to stand and walk continuously for 8-12 hours if necessary·
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds/23 kilograms
- Ability to direct other employees in proper safety, food safety, and sanitation procedures
- Must be willing to learn about and operate all equipment in the bulk house
- Willing to follow all safety and food safety rules and procedures
